As a queer, cisgender female, barbell strength coach, in a field that is typically cis male-dominated, I strive to create an environment where every person is valued as an individual and where we believe that every BODY is strong. Every person is entitled to dignity, respect, and strength, regardless of age, race, color, religion, ability, body type, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Thoughts and acts of prejudice have no place in the gym or the world. I strive to provide weight-neutral, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, anti-racist, and accessible fitness for all. I pledge to treat all people with dignity and respect, to discourage prejudice in all its forms, and to maintain a training climate based on mutual respect and understanding. My commitment is to create an empowering and inclusive gym environment where individuals can thrive on their journey toward strength and awesomeness.

I currently work with and have experience training individuals across diverse gender identities, including transgender, non-binary, and genderqueer clients.
I recognize the profound impact that building strength has on individuals from marginalized gender identities. Strength training empowers individuals to appreciate their innate physical capabilities and fosters a deeper connection with their bodies. It creates inclusive spaces often lacking in traditional fitness environments, allowing for self-expression and resilience. By cultivating welcoming environments, we can help individuals develop confidence and strength, enabling them to thrive in their fitness journeys and beyond.
I have experience training individuals across diverse sexual orientations and various family structures. My own lived experiences inform my commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that respects and uplifts everyone's unique strength journey.
It’s crucial to create a space where all individuals feel welcomed and valued, regardless of their sexual orientation or family structure. This means actively challenging biases and fostering inclusivity within typical strength training communities. My goal is to ensure that every person can thrive in their strength journey, supported by an environment that uplifts their unique experiences and fosters a sense of belonging in the gym.
I have experience training individuals from various racial and ethnic backgrounds.
I actively engage in anti-racist work within the strength training community and the wider world. Training does not happen in a bubble - it involves creating a welcoming environment that values all individuals, acknowledges the systemic barriers affecting marginalized populations, and fosters inclusivity. By recognizing and addressing these issues, I aim to support each client's unique strength journey.
I have experience serving clients with mobility impairments, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, neurodivergent conditions, developmental disabilities, and chronic pain or fatigue conditions.
I believe that everyone deserves access to strength training to connect with their bodies, develop resilience, and cultivate a deeper understanding of their unique capabilities. I strive to work with the patience and understanding necessary to accommodate diverse needs, ensuring an environment where all individuals can thrive at their own capacity.
