I am a very genuine, forward provider that employs a holistic approach. I am a first-generation immigrant (Nicaragua) from the 'hood in the Bay Area (CA) and have a very casual interaction style. I have been counseling clients with adverse life experiences since college, primarily in Mexico and the Southwest. I have been a certified health education specialist (CHES) for four and a half years. I have experience using motivational interviewing to help clients manage their chronic conditions.

I have served people with many different gender identities, including those who are undecided, non-binary, trans-male, and trans-female.

I have had the honor to test at Pride with UNM Truman Health Services. I have served people of diverse backgrounds and intersectionality, ranging from Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Asexual, and "try"-sexual (person was very open to new experiences).
Everyone has their own love language. We must learn to speak theirs in order to provide care that they is welcome and healing.

Neurodiverse communities are my specialty. I was a special education teacher.
