I center each client’s need to discover, explore, and share their authentic self in a safe space. I have experience supporting clients ages 4 through 60 presenting with trauma (including acute, complex, and religious), attachment wounding, anxiety, depression, internal and interpersonal dysregulation, body image concerns, sexually related concerns, and mild psychosis. I use evidence-based practices including EMDR, HeartMath, and techniques from internal family systems (IFS), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
