I am comfortable serving people of all genders, especially trans folks, & non-binary folks
I am very committed to centering and supporting queer, trans and non-binary voices, especially in the current political climate.
I have experience supporting individuals and couples from a wide range of backgrounds, identities, sexual orientations, and relationship structures, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, queer and trans clients, consensually non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships, kink/BDSM communities, individuals exploring power dynamics and alternative expressions of intimacy, as well as clients navigating religious trauma, sexual shame, body image concerns, desire discrepancy, relational challenges, and trauma recovery.
To me, working toward sexuality justice means recognizing that sexuality cannot be separated from culture, trauma, power, identity, embodiment, economics, disability, gender, spirituality, or access to safety and resources. It means supporting people in reclaiming agency, pleasure, consent, authenticity, and connection within systems that have often taught us to feel shame, fear, disconnection, or unworthiness around our bodies and desires.
I believe sexuality justice also involves creating spaces where diverse identities, bodies, relationship structures, and expressions of intimacy are treated with dignity and respect. My work seeks to support people in cultivating greater self-awareness, nervous system capacity, communication, embodiment, and relational integrity while honoring the complexity and uniqueness of each person’s lived experience.
I am especially passionate about approaches that integrate trauma-informed care, somatics, creativity, pleasure, and relational healing, and I see this work as part of a broader cultural movement toward deeper humanity, collective care, and liberation.
I have worked with clients from a wide range of racial, ethnic, cultural, and spiritual backgrounds, including Indigenous, Black, Latin, Middle Eastern, Asian, mixed-race, Eastern European, and white clients, as well as individuals from immigrant, multicultural, and intercultural relationship dynamics.
My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and anti-oppressive approach, and I strive to create spaces that honor the ways culture, ancestry, identity, systemic inequity, spirituality, and lived experience shape our relationships to the body, intimacy, healing, and self-expression. I remain committed to ongoing learning, self-reflection, and accountability in this work.
I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of physical disabilities, chronic health conditions, mental health challenges, and neurodivergent experiences, including ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, PTSD and complex trauma, chronic pain, mobility limitations, sensory sensitivities, and individuals navigating the impact of stress, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation.
