Statement of Identity
I am a queer, non-binary, Chicanx, neurodivergent, ethically non-monogamous therapist who lives with chronic pain and autoimmune disorders. I am also a practitioner of Curanderismo. I center holistic, integrative care and am passionate about incorporating ancestral and traditional knowledge and practices in my work. This work is grounded in Healing, Gender, Sexual, Racial, Disability, and Restorative Justice and feminist principles. I am sex positive, kink/BDsM, ethical non-monogamy/polyamory informed and I serve sex workers. I operate from body sovereignty, fat affirming, Health at Every Size (HAES) perspectives. I am neurodiversity affirming. I strive for collective liberation and the dismantlement of systems of oppression. Breaking intergenerational cycles of violence and trauma is important to me. I specialize in serving refugees and immigrants and I aim to provide a culturally appropriate therapeutic experience to those I serve.
