Specific Services Offered
AXCES Health is an independent, community-based clinic located in Santa Fe with additional research locations in Albuquerque, Salt Lake City, and El Paso. We specialize in sexual health and provide a unique model of specialty primary care that centers HIV, Hepatitis C and STI prevention, diagnostics, and treatment. We offer gender-affirming care for gender diverse individuals as well as affirming primary care for LGBTQIA+ individuals. We also offer hormone therapy for people experiencing perimenopause and menopause. In order to ensure access to the newest treatments available, we offer research as a care option . This allows us to further expand access and improve health outcomes including for people living with HIV and people living with Hepatitis C. Currently, our Santa Fe office offers a clinic and research opportunities, while our Albuquerque, Salt Lake City, and El Paso locations are focused on research trials.

At our Santa Fe location, we currently provide: HIV treatment and prevention, Hepatitis C treatment, Gender-Affirming Care for gender diverse individuals, and affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals, and we offer clinical trials. Our team has experience working with sexually and erotically deprioritized identities. Our team has experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and we acknowledge and understand that relationships (both sexual and non-sexual) can exist outside of cis/heteronormative scripting. We do our best to be as sex positive and affirming of our patients as possible.
