I offer supportive and compassionate services, while also providing a psycho-educational and holistic framework with encouragement toward making the necessary changes to reach your potential. Working together, we can develop manageable ways to overcome personal challenges in order to move forward.
I have 20+ years of experience working in the field ranging in various capacities with youth, adults, couples, and families. I have extensive training and experience working with transgender, non-binary, and lgbq+ communities. My style is utilizing a framework that validates your unique experience, while offering guidance to get unstuck from habitual patterns that can be harmful to yourself and others.
In addition to traditional talk therapy and skills building, I often incorporate experiential methods including mindfulness techniques, meditation, artistic expression, and sandplay therapy. Areas of focus and interest in my clinical practice include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, transgender, non-binary and lgbq+ issues, anti-racism and anti-oppression work, attachment and complex family dynamics, trauma resiliency, fertility challenges, postpartum issues, and work-life balance.
I'm an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) approved by the NM Social Work Board and can provide supervision services for licensure and otherwise (BSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, and LPCC).
