A Message from Jess:
Hi, I'm glad you're here. I want you to know that expressing your authentic self through images, movement, sound, and stories can help you to move through struggles for which talk therapy alone might not be enough. Nurturing an intimate relationship with the natural world can help to soothe old wounds and foster resilience making room for new growth. I know this to be true because the arts and nature have been my closest companions on my own healing journey and I have been honored to witness countless others on a similar path.
